In the field of butt welding ISEA is in a position to supply a very wide range of electric welders, from 3 to 500kVA, in pneumatic, manual or oleodinamic execution for resistance or flash welding.
The welding machines may be realized either in single-phase or in three-phase execution.
The machine of the ST series, hand or spring driven, and the STP series (pneumatic driven) are qualified not only for the simplicity of manufacture, the sturdiness and the great reliability, but also for the quality and variety that can be obtained with a moderate economic engagement.
ISEA realize also flah butt welding machines (STI series): these machines are produced in single-phase version and, from STI63 model, also in three-phase version. Besides the standard machines with traditional electronic control, are manufactured also versions with PLC, proportional valves to adjust speed and pressure and memory to store cycle. These welding machines are really suitable to weld thin thickness pieces like pipes and section bars and, ensuring very good mechanical characteristics of weld, are adapted to weld safety components like chains and lifting devices.
